Adding money to your Property Bridges account is quick, secure, and designed to be as simple as possible. Once your funds are added, you are ready to start investing across our property opportunities.

Where can I add money from?
Once you are logged into your Property Bridges account, you can add money from the Dashboard, Wallet and Portfolio by clicking on the Top Up button. All of them lead to the same Add Money page.

The Add Money page explained
The Add Money page displays your personal bank transfer details. These details are provided by Mangopay, our secure and regulated e-payment provider.
On this page, you will see:
- Beneficiary name
- Your personal IBAN
- Your unique reference
- BIC or SWIFT code
- Receiver’s Bank Country: LUXEMBOURG
These details are unique and personal to your account and allow us to correctly credit your funds. 
Make the bank transfer
To add money to your account:
- Use the bank transfer details shown on screen
- Log into your online banking app or internet banking
- Create a new Payee using the details provided
- Make sure the reference matches exactly as shown
For Investors Based Outside Ireland
For users based outside Ireland, you may be asked for the name and address of the account holder and or receiving bank account.

When making the transfer, your bank may display a Verification of Payee message. This helps confirm that the recipient name matches the bank account details and adds an extra layer of security. 
When will my funds be credited?
Once your transfer is sent, your funds will appear in your Property Bridges wallet after the payment is received and processed.
This usually takes between 24 and 48 hours, depending on your bank and the time the transfer was made.
As soon as the funds arrive, they will be visible in your wallet and ready to invest. 
You are ready to invest
That is it. Once your wallet is funded, you can start investing manually or set up Auto Invest to allocate funds automatically based on your preferences.
