During the second quarter of 2026, Property Bridges continued to offer investment opportunities with an average target return of approximately 7.5% per annum.
€361,563 was paid in interest during June alone, and €1.24 million was distributed to investors across the first half of the year.

As more projects reached refinancing and completion milestones, repayments accelerated, returning almost €22 million to investors during the first six months of 2026.
