Risks Associated with Investments

Warning. Investing through Property Bridges involves risk, including the risk of losing some or all of the capital invested.

Crowdfunding investments are illiquid and cannot be withdrawn or transferred before maturity. There is no secondary market. These investments are not covered by the Deposit Guarantee Scheme or the Investor Compensation Scheme.

Each investment relates to a loan secured against property. However, property security does not guarantee repayment. If a borrower defaults, recovery may be delayed or incomplete, and the value of the property may be insufficient to repay the full amount invested. You may receive no return on your investment.

Before investing, please read the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS) for each project and ensure you understand the risks. You should only invest if you can afford to lose the invested capital.
